Registering a family profile creates a real account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend or remove an account that’s used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Programme and Event Registration

Registering for a camp, gathering or programme does not guarantee a place – all offerings are subject to capacity, and registration only confirms your spot once we’ve told you it’s confirmed. In-person camp attendance additionally requires a separate signed indemnity/consent form for participants under 18, collected outside this website. 4. Donations

Donations made through this site are voluntary and processed securely by PayFast (or, for USA-based donors, by Amplify Giving on their own platform). Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or at SMRS’s discretion. Monthly donations renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time by contacting us. Whether a donation is tax-deductible depends on your country of residence and applicable law – please consult your own tax advisor.

5. Sharing Your Story

If you submit a story through our “Share My Story” form and indicate you’re comfortable with it being shared publicly, you grant SMRS permission to use and publish that story (in full or in part) to support our mission. Stories submitted without that permission are kept private.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, photography and branding on this site belong to SMRS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our permission.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

This site links out to third-party services – including PayFast, Google Forms, WhatsApp, Amplify Giving and YouTube – each governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We aren’t responsible for the content or conduct of those third-party services once you leave our site.

8. No Warranty

This website and its services are provided “as is.” While we do our best to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, we don’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
